Well, what else could we mean but one of my latest listings that we just closed on with spectacular views of New York City... of course..

 
This deal was done almost entirely through the internet as the seller was in Ohio and the buyer was here in NJ. We sold it in 4 Days! Wow!


This was a shot I took around sunset looking downtown from the terrace just before our closing on final walk-through.... This is a spectacular view for this new homeowner. They will be enjoying this from now on...

It's another great day today as we have just concluded the sale of a wonderful CO-OP in Fort Lee New Jersey with million dollar views.

These are a couple of shots we took from the balcony today before the closing at the final walkthrough.
