The snow storms have been rather brutal this year, but the good news is spring is just around the corner.
Shadows are still long, but we have seen the buds of the crocus popping up through the ground already.
This is a sure sign that spring can't be far behind.
The temperatures may be cold but the Spring Real Estate Market has kept us heated up, warm and very busy.

The time for the first time home-buyers to take advantage of the tax credit has been extended but time is running out. Less than 60 days remain to get your new dream home in contract by April 30th and to close by June 30th 2010.
